You know what I don't like?
When you are really trying to do a good job at something and all that others see is the occasional blunders and mistakes that you make in life. Why can't people be more positive and point out the good in others rather than always pointing out the mistakes? If we would all give more praise in this world then maybe it would inspire all of us to be better people. It makes me want to drop-kick some people.

Amen Sister! People are too critical of one another...I wish we could just accept others for who they are; the good, the bad and the ugly. I sometimes feel like not even trying because of the fear of judgement I will receive from others. My new life motto, "It's none of my business what other people think of me because I AM ENOUGH". It's helped me get over the fear and just BE. Sending love to you, my friend :)
I'm so sorry you are having to deal with that! You are amazing and I'm sorry that someone or someones around you aren't recognizing that. Can't wait to see you guys in July!
What would anyone have to criticize about you? I'm sorry there are mean people in this world. I agree with you in this one. Let's all just get along and give each other a break. On the other hand, drop-kicking may be the answer. I have a big husband I could lend you for this purpose.

Agreed. I am hard on myself as it is. I am very aware of my myriad of mistakes and blunders without the "help" of others pointing them out.
I threatened my co-workers this morning that if any of the day shift nurses came in and started complaining today I would tell them to march into my patients rooms and say three nice things about how I took care of those patients last night. Mean people suck- lets throw rocks at them!
